Since this is very important referendum or so called vote for globalists one wonders what chances do voting really has to go trough with yes, looking at Scotland experiance and vote manipulation. Probably a little, people will vote yes most likely but results could be negative. Lets see still need more pre-result infos and how severe propaganda will be.

I think EUR/USD show nice bear signal on H4, so if price breaks 1.2644 resistance it could drop till 1.2600 or even lower until 1.2500. What do you think?

Closed another Brent short for 30 pips. Pending on 91 didnt get triggered, so moved my pending now to 87 will move lower tomorrow if needed. Is this all you can conjure Saruman from Saudi Arabia? Was expecting faster drop, but still waiting 80 first.

Thats an interesting one. Everyone who has a little knowledge of current financial system work-ins knows that QE has to go on for ever, simply becouse there isnt enough investitors nor retailers or hedge funds to buy treasuries and bonds that USA requires (not even counting increased interest rate)(counting in that Russia and China are a no go buying wise anymore), same goes for ECB and BOJ, we are entering permanent QE mode for all countries, though USA should be the most frequent one as demand for those assets is strongest there. What is really the question here is, will markets start to count new QEs as really bad thing becouse obviously once you are at 4 or 5 one can kinda get a hint. But then on other hand, markets are well...90% funds, central banks, investment banks, retailers (mostly stock investors) high frequency algos...they love QEs so why would market react bad on QEs afterall hehe.

Not, news changed view.

EURUSD @ 1.2750 seems an excellent price for goping down with 2 x1 lots longer term (20K-Account). Targets @ 1.2350, 1.2180.
Maybe that the market will hit the DR2 @ 1.2769. If so then there one short (0.5 lot) again.
I love different entry & exit levels.
Market has reached the 1st deviation of Bollinger Band (Daily).
Maybe @ 1.2834, next @ 1.2883 should be also okay.

a) was that all of the red 4 (an ABC-flat, or a WXY) or is this only the first leg W of a much more complex WXY?

b) is that red 4? If yes- we should drop now for wave 5. If we do build a complicated WXY here (more time consuming), we are most likely in wave blue 4 already

Sehr geehrter Herr xxxxxxxxxx,

als wir im Sommer 2012 die Verfassungsbeschwerde zur ESM- und Fiskalvertrag einreichten, hatten wir nicht damit gerechnet, dass wir gut zwei Jahre später vor dem EuGH landen. Gestern wurde vor dem EUGH verhandelt, ob das OMT-Programm rechtens ist. Hat die EZB ihre Kompetenzen überschritten und gegen das Demokratiegebot verstoßen oder nicht?

Die Verhandlung war ungleich angelegt: Die Kläger hatten insgesamt 60 Minuten Zeit, die anderen Beteiligten, Bundesregierung, EZB, EU-Parlament, Europäische Kommission und zehn Mitgliedstaaten fast vier Stunden. Nach der ersten Verhandlungspause entstand der Eindruck: "Alle gegen Karlsruhe"... Die polnische Vertreterin ging sogar soweit, die EZB in ihren Handlungen völlig frei zu stellen und jegliche Überprüfung durch den EUGH abzulehnen, im Umkehrschluss wäre das die Erlaubnis zur Willkür.

Generell schienen die Mitgliedsländer nicht mit ihren Topjuristen vertreten zu sein und vieles wiederholte sich im Laufe des Tages. Ich war jedenfalls stolz auf unseren Prozessvertreter Prof. Kempen, der mit seiner präzisen, ruhig und klar vorgetragenen Stellungnahme die Aufmerksamkeit der Richter hatte. Spannend wurde es am Nachmittag, als die eigentliche Verhandlung begann. Der EuGH ist für eine EU-freundliche Rechtsprechung bekannt.

Daher überraschte es uns, wie kritisch die Richterinnen und Richter nachfragten. Vor allem die Kommission und die EZB waren im Kreuzfeuer. An der Art der Fragen konnte man erkennen, dass der Gerichtshof abklopfte, ob und wie das OMT-Programm eingedämmt werden kann. Wir meinen: Die EZB ist nur der Preisstabilität verpflichtet, sie darf keine Wirtschaftspolitik betreiben, das ist den Mitgliedsstaaten vorbehalten.

Prof. Kempen brachte es in seiner Stellungnahme auf den Punkt: „Es ist also ein fatales Missverständnis, wenn aus der Unabhängigkeit der EZB auf deren rechtliche Ungebundenheit geschlossen wird. Die EZB besitzt bildlich gesprochen einen gut sortierten Werkzeugkoffer, und sie ist weisungsfrei in der Entscheidung, welches Werkzeug sie in welcher Situation mit welcher Intensität einsetzt, aber sie ist nicht frei darin, eigenständig zusätzliche Werkzeuge zu erwerben. Die OMTs gehören nicht zu diesen Werkzeugen."

Well things changed today.

Have been posting about UJs bear signal only weekly on Monday, which gave 100 pips on drop. Also short term weakness of USD overall played as expected.
Problematic thing is however that main levels longer term across anti-dollar pairs have yet not been broken so we need about 50 pips higher price to confirm break and daily close up there. Which means again..staying in oil trading only.


Took another 16 pips on Brent short meanwhile. Pending now on same area 85.4 . Why struggle on currencies if Saudis give you risk free trades lol.

DAX and SP500 crashed today bellow points where up trends can no longer be backed, aparently some massive stops were triggered. Lets see what happens, in nearby future.

I had thought to sell ( 2840 ...target 2430 )..
but 2886 may have opened the way for 3006 ...
I'll wait to see if it becomes more clearer.
