my sell order GBPUSD should fullfilled with 50 pip TP,but it didn't..and eurusd should close with 40 pip profit...but it didn't close

I was able to quickly opened an account with another broker and got 10 pips off E/U and E/J. lol time to go to sleep... I hope I can get my money back from FXCM, no hassle free.
Be like water making its way through cracks.

Nope ... not really ... just because their data feed is up again does not mean that they accept any trades yet.

Although my price feed is back on, I am still unable to close or alter any trades ("Market Closed")

I don't know. I kept turning it off and turning it back on again and finally was able to log in. Maybe I'm in a different part of the world than you are, and got routed to a different server?

Too many reoccurring technical issues with FXCM, at critical times, sure they solve the consequences in a correct way but it intervenes my trading and health too much, looking for a stable broker any ideas?

I think you may like to have a look to dukascopy or alpari they both seems reliable and good quality, i'm thinking about leave fxcm too, same reason as you.

can only guess FXCM are having some major IT issues right now.
I am in Queensland Australia. Took short AJ for 60 pips target which was hit, but the trade did not close.
All attempts to close the trade have been unsuccessful. Tried ringing them but waited far to long each time.
Ended up with some screen shots of the trade and the history of the trade to email to them.
With a couple of issues in the past they have been very helpful.

Finally they did something.
Seems like some reboot fest is going on in their datacentre. Connection to MT4 is down... :-)

problem solved..thx God...but my sell order GBPUSD considered to be not fulfilled..but my eurusd TP got hit and close
