Disliked{quote} Hi Wulong Working with one indicator is simple, clean and effective. At the end of the day if you use one or many indicators you are not going to win 100%, all systems will fail at some point, fact. My only edge if I get a looser I double the next trade, so I cant loose in the long term.Ignored
I trade from the M1 chart, I even use two of them.
The first has 26 indicators, the second 20. Most are 'Elite indicators' so I can't share them.
I also use a M5 chart, for confirmation AND a 1 hour chart for the long term trend.
Maybe I use too many indicators, but I mostly look at some of them, on the M1 chart it goes very fast. I have more time when I trade the M5, but there I trade for 15 minutes. I also only trade one or two pairs, there are huge possibilities in one pair, I don't have to look at a screen with 15 different pairs, you don't have time for that when you trade the M1.
But it's all in my mind, the more you train, the better you become ...
It's amazing what one's mind can do, I'm very good at an online game 'Tekken Dark Ressurection Online', there I 'fight' with Lei Wulong. He has more than 130 different moves, which you can control with a controller with 12 buttons. After some training it goes automatically, like riding a car ...
So, if your mind is used to many indicators, it's no problem at all.
I think if anyone other than me would use my system, he would get crazy. Maybe I am ...
Therefore, everyone should develop his own system and stick to it. When you try to copy someone elses, mostly it doesn't work ...
So if only one indicator works for you, why change ? On the other hand, I also would use a MACD and some other indies.
I have lost a lot of money when I started BO, like many people do, but I have been training for months (I still do) and I have only recently restarted trading.
Of course I made some 'mistakes' (those are not mistakes, if price doesn't 'follow' you), but nevertheless if 'feels' like a mistake.
But I'm getting rather good, my last 10 trades for 2 Euro each : 9 winners and 1 loss.
I'm still very prudent ...the last thing you want is getting too confident.
