Rjsimp the GU trade was an excellent setup indeed and normally i would be all over it. Rejection of the DO with a beautiful pinbar, the price action was screaming up. However the only reason i didn't take it was the weekly pivot lying right above 1.6180, the blue line you can see on the pic of the GU trade i posted above. Although pivots are not in Udine's rules, since we are looking for reasons not to take a trade, well trading straight into a pivot for me is one of them. I have both Weekly and Monthly pivots on my charts and they saved me many times.

As for the USDCAD i just didn't like what the pa was telling me, but that is just my own discrete way of choosing trades. Some could say that it was just unlucky.

After analyzing my losing and winning trades , I am seriously considering placing trades only 1 Hour after London open and 1 hour after New York open.Of course , I would take less trades, but my winning percentage would be much much better.Setups right before market open fail quite often, since new money coming in often change the trend direction.

Hi Udine and other fellow traders, out of curiosity, all other rules been equal why don't enter at market instead of using pending orders ?
Sometimes price is so close to the next 00 level that you end up missing the entry and other times it's enough far so that you don't reach TP for a fraction of pip. Couldn't be better to enter at market provided that trend/PA/momentum and of course the rules are respected ?

Anyone here Experiencing a lot of slippage on a certain aussie broker acocunt with small spread and commision? It rhymes with iseemarcuts. Live account off course! I only dare to ask a broker question because it is essential for this way of trading. The spread can be small but if their is slippage all the time it's has no advantage.

Hi Mkfx, using similar emas as Jiba. Plus watching how price behaves. Have around 10 pairs.

Yes, I experience slippage with them as well sometimes up to 0.4 pip. It is quite frustrating.

Are they 5 and 8 EMAs? Also before putting a trade, besides these Udine rules on #1 post, what other things you considers before entering? Do you check only EMAs, or you check that H4 candle would be the same color as D1 or you are checking sync with 2-3 currency pairs?

Nope, all correct on all live accounts. Positive slippage of .2 on my EJ trade, the rest spot on.

Hi, Jiba has 9 and 21 wma on open, I use 8 and 25 ema on open. Watching each pair as individual "personality", sure some are related e.g. uj , uch and eu...

PS: May slightly take a different approach on news ban. Like now missed opp on Eu and Chf. Both went to TP. Had placed pending but removed them, because of news.

Very often before news price rushes like to catch something. If it is a "proper" direction, then why not ?
