My trailing stop was too tight and closed my long position hours ago.

it was very well expected, market was way to close to massive resistance and needed more buyers to Break thru the 95 wall.
there were not so many reasons to break it and as always Oil takes out the people who don't book fast profits.

Too much Resistance
Too Much support around 90
too much pressure before it goes to new High

so It would take a while before it reaches 95 again, however i would not be surprised to see 90 level tested again before it starts a new rally.

if 90 is not held, then expect oil to test 88-85usd before anyone should looking to buy

I read it. Interesting insight. Looked like it was heading towards 85 today as you indicated but now as I am typing it is over 91.

Look at the biggest daily candle.
But if seriously, it depends from volatility of ranges. Now we have big drops and rushes, cause we were in a range more than 500 pips for more tnan 5 weeks. Seems the oil is ready to drop more.

I think today or this week we will see 86.00 then buy oil and my targets are 87.70, 88.30 then 89.60
Note: this is my point of view so you don't have to depend on it

i aggree and i think 85.10 should be the spring board for another push to around 90 ish but then a fall back to about 82 then push to 110

the reality is;

arabic countries are producing 100 barrel (example!) a day at the moment.
Other countries need 80 barrel a day at the moment.

So arabic countries are producing 20 barrel more at the moment.

Do you know what are they doing???

They are reducing the price to sell extra 20 barrel instead of producing 80 barrel a day.

So my friends.. Just come to reality.. This is really happening at the moment.

The weekly chart agrees. Support point at 88.47 from June 2012, could squeeze down to 86.10 area. Interesting turning point which could lead to buyers coming in.
