Was Selling EJ at 139.00 two hours ago was valid Trade? Missed TP by2 pips... still heading there though....

Hello, Borgu!

1. Forget about my arrows. That was just my assumption which was wrong.
2. In this example we enter at "d" and exit with TP at "e".
3. "D" is the fifth level (red horizontal line on my chart).
4. Your theory is correct, but not totally yet.
5. We start to look at history at levels which we are interested in. So it depends on when you start to trade and what are the closest levels to the current price.
6. By lvl Cate meant "level".
7. The timeframe is H1 (but this theory can be applied on any timeframe).

For me, there is no trade here.

UPD: As well as at 139.00 also - not a good level to trade.

thank you artem for your response. the loophole is still not understood. the point at which we will shall begin to look at the history to see when it will repeat itself is not really defined. Catextra may help us on this regard, i recall he promised to give us a clue. thanks
