The first 00 level of the H1 bar is 500 which is below your DO (of course different for others) so the 600 level is invalid by the rules. If you are going to be nasty, please stop posting.

Goodmorning!

I don't like the markets today, already saved my balance from 1 possible TS and 1 SL that I didn't take..
In those months I learnt that statistically the early hours of London session are the most profitable for this strategy, and usually when I start my day with a SL I rarely recover and I almost never end in profit the day.. Most of the times I only worsen the situation.
For the same reasons, my best trading days almost closed in less than 2 hours of work after LO.
I have a great natural ability in forgetting this very often and harming my balance, but slowly I'm learning how to manage that thing. Trading with a Live account is, believe it or not, easier for me.. Because with real money I'm less inclined to risk more than necessary.

In those months i built the idea that there are mainly 3 types of markets during the European Session, and those are strictly correlated to what happened during Asian Session.

1) Some days prices move several pips in the direction of the trend, they retrace only a few and then move again with strenght. I usually saw this happen when the Asian session has been slow and ranging and the markets "wake up" with FF and L.

2) Others days even if the ranges are relatively wide and watching the chart history you get the idea of some strong price action behind, they move very insecure, retracing a lot after every move and leading to a lot of TS and SL, even if entries are good (price usually hits the TP a little after). I saw that this usually happens when Asian session moves a lot and then during EU session the market appears to be somewhat "exhausted".

3) Other days (a lot of them in August) markets just don't move, produce a lot of false signals on false starting trends and then prices return in the DO zone and nothing happens.

Any of you got the same feeling/idea of mine? I'll be glad to read your thoughts on this.

By the way, today for me is a type 2 day, so I'll stay out and just watch.

Very good observation.
There were a couple of good set ups (for me) on GJ which could have gone to TP if I took them, but I am a bit nervous about today's Scottish Referendum outcome,so I thought it would be very risky taking any GBP pairs at the moment. I think I will be watching from the sidelines as well.

GJ would have been a TP on long .900 @ LO, and that is against the rules.
30 minutes later it entered in the red news (GBP Retail Sales m/m) zone, so no more trading on that pair.

Yes, you are right. But my observation was that GBP RED news was at 9:30(my time), so there was a set up at 8am (my time) @ 177.100, which would have gone to TP.
