Btw... since we were not used to quick and steep trends for a while nowadays it would be wise to be prepared for rallies towards 176.000 or even 178.000. Sounds crazy but for GJ that's still possible. So keep your radars open folks.

IMO we should see soon an acceleration on 15 minutes chart. It seems to me that 173.950 is defended. So it could be an up move but we still under moving average....

i think USD/JPY will do a correction, maybe around 100pips, so GBP/JPY may fall 120 pips based on USD/JPY

IMO, 173.300 is too close. The purple bar is very powerful and predicts a significant break out.

I would prefer 172.550 or 171.600. Let see how prices react at these 3 levels.

Prices came back on the 89 periods moving average and finally fell down to 173.300.

IMO the fall is not finished yet since I see a rising wedge on 15 minutes chart.

Regarding the Scottish Independence most likely outcome being a NO according to the most recent poll, now that the pair has broken possible bearish channel that formed earlier today, what kind of movement could we be expecting? Is it likely that 176.35 resistance level could be challenged? And would we be looking at a correction below 173 or would this make enough sense to reach as high as 178 and sustain?

GBP/JPY returning to its previous volatile moves... im loving it.. i would not say i have a direction at this point.. tuesday means nothing.. its mostly hedge time for big players

We already had the correction. 175.35 is the first target for this second wave.

Thursday will decide to continue higher or not... Huge volatility is expected. My broker increase margin requirement until monday...

What kind of volatility could we expect in the coming days? Please do not set 'high volatility' I am asking in terms of pip movement and reaching above 180.

GBP/JPY (5 minutes chart)

A candle close above 174.95 could push price 20 pips higher.. if not I will look a nice spot for shorting..

I am wondering if a NO vote for the Scottish independence will expose the 68.1% Fibonacci level at 176.43, additionally we are nearing the Daily RSI almost as high as July's peak at 175.37. Thus I am considering if there could be a reversal after the hipe is gone from a NO vote as I believe the long term impact is not sustainable to reach new highs nearing 180. Any thoughts?
