Up the taxes on the super-rich. I mean REALLY UP THEM! Return the trillions they have looted from the economies of countries. Repatriate their loot. Create jobs. Rebuild infrastructure. Improve educational opportunities, and with tuition grants and guaranteed employment. All this and more can be done by the governments if they would only have the balls to strip the super-rich of their ill-gotten gains and plow the money back into the countries, instead of leaving it in the deep pockets of the selfish, greedy elite.

This is no time for Draghi, and others like him in the cadre of the super-rich, to be telling everyone else (outside their cadre) what to do and what sacrifices to make, so that things can get better. In the end, they only get better for the cadre, and at the ongoing sacrifices and suffering of everyone else. There is no end to their selfish greed and jaundiced point of view.
