i don't think it's just that though, having two brokers you get 2 quotes, 2 servers, diff pairs, two rules...
i'm sure that even with any amount of money split evenly between two brokers, nobody can afford to have either one of those broker go down in flames.

seems whats wrong with this method is how i assumed the options will be priced, they don't use black scholes model, they use the extended one, by Garman–Kohlhagen model, so i guess where i gain in interest, i have already paid in the options, so your right that it is priced in into the model they used for pricing the options.
