How are you using the tick volume? At first I thought you used higher volume to exit, but that's not the case in your last chart.

I use it to watch the big boys in the market
Its not part of the trade proper to be honest
I may look for conformation

EDIT: Nevermind Teb, I see now. I just noticed that it was on the hourly chart. I can see the higher TFs are showing much weakness.
