Hi Folks,

I hope you are doing good. I looked at Ian's Dax target and did some of my calculations onto that. My conclusion is, if price falls down to +- 9622, a quick reversal could start that pushes and keeps price above 9800.

Morning folks
Ian a few questions about your DAX chart if I may
How did you calculate the vertical line I have highlighted with the oval?
The trend lines, trend 1 appears to be using the candle bodies whereas trend 2 uses the wicks?

Holy Cow.. I was busy and look how I missed to enter a long for the pull back that I mentioned earlier..

Yes mate well picked. Finding the target with the trend 1 as you put it is mainly from candle bodies, sometimes with one body & one wick. trick is which one is from the wick & which from the body. Only with experience will you sort that out. The trend "2" is for retracements & is always from the wicks. Hope that explains for you.. Cheers.

Plenty more to come. So long as Gold keeps going down Dax will go up. Watching both for a double back though. Another hour should tell..

You trading Dax today.?? I see it opened with a mighty gap. I was hoping it would open without a gap & trade up to the Daily pivot before heading on down again. Bloody thing gapped down to my 15min chart target without me. Actually it gapped lower than most charts will show.
Now will have to see if it closes the gap & if so will it go to the Daily pivot.??

Gold is moving up so Dax may not close the gap today.???
