Yes - you have slow sto's high going into a BBS, so you drop to the M15 and M5 have the same thing going on.

Now this was news related and it takes patience to wait for the move.

M1 , M5 , M15 all looked the same and moved the same, at the same time.............

H1 sto's were topping, BBS , News and the move...............

BBS is the time to look for a trade, other MTF's to compliment it, RSIoma crossing 20 or 80 line , and the sto's moving fast.............

LOL, Hurt is when you have been short the USDCAD, up $550, down -$220, up $445, down -$180, up $ 650, up $ 182, and not take the 3 different profits of $500 each, LOL, But I am learning to hold my trades through the ups and downs and not to worry, because the larger TF's tell me it's still going my direction.................

Yes, the first enrey was on the 2nd. Then 3rd and 4th respectively. I got sort of capped after the 2nd, market didn´t do anthing ( news) was aware of it. I didn´t expect it would be going on for such a long time. But I kinds knew it´ ll come down at some point. Higher time frames.

then we see clearly that we must look at the trade monthly, weekly, daily, H4 and H1 and entry in M15.
I'm looking at my trades of M15 in up TF's
this week I doubled my account.

Its tricky and not without risk.
Assuming you trade with the trend (for examples sake: longterm trend is bearish; down)
You wait for sell signal and enter a sell
Then the market goes against you, a bullish wave up is forming

one way to trade out of your mistake:
- wait for bullish wave to form top
- enter another sell
- when break-even, close both positions.

bear in mind; one of the lessons is "never add to a losing position"
But.... if the trend IS your friend, AND the trend is still bearish there is a good CHANCE you have the opportunity to get out without much damage.
Note: this is not without risk and can cause unwanted large drawdown. You need to do some analysis what the drawdown is that you expect and if you think it is worth the risk.
Alternative is take your loss now.
