Bolded: yes me too think it will work in 1H tf too, cause levels does not change nor repaint (neithewr the fibo WE trace) and also if tf is LESS than 4h, 1 week past extreme FIBO ZONE levels are always good. Also me trying experiment some things, also in conjunction with my beloved Stochastic, for improving my U.S system too. :nerd:
Last, interesting will be,even, the use of this theory in higher tf like D1 (changing the variable in the indi for example to past month data instead of last week), but then we have to ask our math and code experts.... we will have plenty of materials of discussion in the new thread, i believe

C an I ask when we enter on new template? when price cross the line of short or long or when the candle close above, or we just put the pending order on line and of corse with the all other condition?
P.S. always enter at the candle close,not at spikes! ..it has never changed in ALL Eitan systems!

thanks cariddi74, I read all and the thing that I don't understand it is the enter point? Because with old smri we must wait for candle to close below 38% or above 61%, now in the new I don't know if the line will repaint and change after 4h candle close or not? Because in the right corner of cahrt we have yet the price of entry point...
What line? the NEW Eitan's indi lines? If so, well,they do not repaint the past....it's visual...i don't know if there is a bug on the value at the top right of the screen that do not update...but come on...just watch the chart with the green and purple line..is that simple!
Also the criteria of 38.2 and 61.8 weekly fibo is STILL in place IN ADDICTION to the breaking of the lines. You are making a bit of confusion among things it seems...

I have the Fibo original......the problem is if I look the old smri and USDCAD the candle is below the 38%(not closed yet) this mean we not have the condition..if I loook the news template I see yet the line (purple color) of entry point and this confuse me a little, so I must return to old smri and compare the price........

i guess i know the problem.
between the old system weekly H/L -> 61&38
and
the new system 61(green)38(magenta) is a difference.
the lines are not on the same place.
i guess eitan and rock did something in the formula to make it better or different.
because of this you guys talking about 2 different things.
i hope i got i right , also not so sure

Ohhhh, thanks mate. Finally i got it.
Well i think it is cause as Bob said there a (weighted) formula in the tracement of the lines (and they are painted/"change", dynamically based also on CURRENT price action...it's not repainting!!!...the word to RZ and Eitan for correcting me if i am wrong,of course), while our fibo manually traced are static, based on min and max of previous week.
So the rules is essence: apart all the other conditions, Ginger, regarding the fibo matter you have to have 2 conditions in place if you use also the new indi:
1- candle closed below 38.2 of weekly fibo (manually traced) for short or above 61.8 for long
2- candle closed below purple line for short or above green line for long.
(Also you should check how much "room" has the trade, tracing the TRADE fibo and not trusting blindly the dotted yellow lines)

yeah i already noticed it but wanted to wait for the new thread and when eitan or rock have some time.
no rush now and i think both ways work pretty well.
