Bro Cariddi I defiantly agree with you regarding the half cycle of the CCI it would have been much better this is why I posted the trade for master minding propose and to benefit each others
And regarding the TF issue I also agree with you But also cant deny the fact for the importance of the 4H TF I believe its the most used so there by allow me to recommend something here :
Why don't we do some home work search about different brokers and work as one team and send different emails for different legitimate professional brokers with proposal stating that we have like 100 or 50 members at least from our organization that wants to deal with you so in this way they could offer us some thing extra like less sprds or like 20 to 30% cash backs on the total amount of spreads paid per month to them or even free consulting hours to their professional programmers and coders who can help us to do magic with prof etan amazing systems or what ever... In this way we would by pass the TF issue and gain so much more benefits ?

You guys need some research about daily roll and daily roll time. And than you will understand why eitan insist on GMT+3 broker for summer time and GMT+2 for winter time related with H4 time frame as a base TF frame for trading other than not to watch charts all the time
