NZD/USD is teasing us slightly above .8400 ... . On the flip side of the coin, I have been expecting some sort of bounce from Cable, but it has been doing the drop and roll (sideways) for several days now. It bounced a little bit today, but not enough to hurray about.

I regret not shorting it at the test of 2.0 a couple of weeks ago ... .

Yesterday starting taking a few longs

Got greedy an got with a few

But it started falling again

Had shorts already

Very easy to caught out again.

trading range is huge as you know

so don't get greedy trading gbz/nzd
because of high swap/spread and huge trade range;
I use 1/3 of my default lot size

may I ask your R:R ratio with your longs?
..up 75pips from this morning new short.. anyone else holding shorts atm? i'm tempted to TP early, but see another 75 pips down from here for my first TP..nice range we have on this pair the past 8 months.
Hit TP @1.97700, nice 100 pips down.
Starting to tame this beast, as long as got solid entry. Looks like S2 has been broken, gotta look for S3 @1.97200. Could it reversal and retest @2.000?

Best is to close heavy lots before nzd news (on friday, check calender)

Just entered LONG, aim for 1.9900. Let's see. I think atm is the best time to trade this beast without high impact news, price going volatile 100-150 pips.

I hold shorts but I also plan to close all trades by tomorrow before nzd news...

tp1: 1.97550
tp2: 1.97330
tp3: 1.97100

SL: 2.05

margin over %700, won't add trades unless I see a biggie (enormous) candle...

I'm not sure it will hit all 3 TP's before the news.. but if not, Ima holding thru the news possibly.
Is she does run up, will add more shorts @2.000 zone..

I'm kinda new in this pair. But after got some solid indicator, I decided to join here to tame this beautiful beast
Just closed my long for 10 pips open short @1.9800 aim for 1.97500. Tight SL @1.98350 will move to BE after got 10 pips minimum

dump GBP don't look back:
I would recommend gbp/chf - gbp/zar shorts
(Only if you hold other accounts, and a bit late for short. Maybe you'll ride the next wave heheh)
