The application of my equation has opened my eyes completely.

There are no False Break Outs!
The Market never bluffs!

The only False thing is the False Interpretation of what the Trader sees on the chart!

The charts show us what is happening on the Market.
There are trades going on, sometimes less trades, sometimes more trades.
All the trades are happening in certain cycles.
There are different Market Participants also among those who are able to move the Price.
Some of them make the Price move in big amplitudes, others in smaller amplitudes.

Think about it.
This is where my equation came from.

Let me tell my humble opinion:

The Мarket always bluffs, but with a certain amplitude! (it is only a matter of interpretation )
The Market wants to take all that you have, and very quickly! False motion = False Interpretation.
But recognition of the borders and direction of bluff and various other juggles and tricks give us good trading opportunity.

Dadas yours Equation is Perfect! (even if I did not yet understand it )

1. Try to predict the punch,
2. Use the opponents punch in your favour.

Which do you think is better?

Your opponent, USDCAD, M30, punched you 4 times during yesterday.
Did you change the energy of those punches into matter?

Perhaps we can say that it was a "bluff punch"..., that necessary to clean the market from "buy orders" at a given price range.
To determine the basic direction of the market, additionaly I use yours True_Trend_Indi with TF = 10080, ie, there was down (red line with word "direction").

- I think You are right! (Trying to predict does not work for such a small man like me.)

- Not for USDCAD but for EURJPY I have put a pending order to convert punches energy into matter (+165 pip).

ps: I came up with a good name for the new indicator or an complete trading system: "Punches Energy Converter".

In this case, my logic of putting the pending order was based on a probabilistic event that if the price reaches a clear resistance level, it is likely that it will unfold, or I get a fixed minus.
Despite the presence of a probabilistic event and predicting game, before putting the pending order i made small analysis of potential situation.

Eventually price climbed above the pending order only in 32 pips. And order took the set TP.
This is an acceptable risk, in the absence of opportunities every minute to monitor the market.
The decision also based of other TF's, such as TF H1..

If you are not willing to lose money, do not even open the terminal. I am willing to lose a little bit, that would earn as much as yours thread had been to seeing.

I also want to say a huge thank you Dadas for your lessons!

Hello Dadas. I am new to your thread, and I am having trouble seeing images near the beginning of the thread, notable in post#5 where you introduce the CSCZ. I will continue to slog through but I feel as though I am missing some important information to understand the posts that come after. I don't usually have this problem with images - just wondering if anyone has the same problem or a solution.

Hello Dadas - Sorry about the Nick. After posting I realized my mistake, but was unable to edit the post, perhaps due to server issues **edit, I figured out the problem, it had to do with my computer accepting cookies from forex factory**. Thank you for reposting the images.

Your Metatrader has a interesting colour. Haha, so what are the risk reward of your trades? Even on the 1 hour you can get 2:1 risk reward consistently?

Regarding the color, it is a custom made color, not standard pallette.

Regarding the R/R:
The proper question is not wheather I can consistently do 1:2, but can you do it?
If you are consistently doing 2:1, I quess you like feeding the market with your money.
What are you making your money of, then?
The suckers who pay your for your teachings?

I propose a method, a system.
What you can do with it is up to you, not me.

I don't have an exact risk reward too. I only enter when it has a higher potential. I like to read about other people's system as well as I am still learning everyday as well. You dont have to shoot people down. I am only asking a simple question.

I have written about R/R many times.
I have tried consistently risking <=10 Pips on the M5 DAX30, but this works at times,
then, at other times I get too many SL's.

I am also consistently learning and developing my system so that it is simple and all in one indicator.

The recent outcomes are very promising.
