I took a short at EJ at 137.800, first trade was a SL and the second was a 5pips, wished I had gone for 10pips

COMMENT: The open was 137.809. It was too close to .800 to place a pending order (just because I was not fast enough... More focus needed).

The problem is not giving offence but taking offence!
HARD DAY.. early loss on spi ..nothing presented after that ...dosent matter folks ... time to enjoy outside things ....DID anyone notice there were a lot of flat line range trades this week ... hard to make bux on the flat , dont worry things will move soon enough ... check out "secrets to profiting in bull and bear markets " by stan Weistein.... learn to be wary of narrow range action ... its generally stage 1 (before the rise) or stage 3 (before the fall) ..patience provides results ..

Just out of curiosity, how did you manage those trades?
Did you just removed the TP and let the TS do its work or did you close them when you thought it was the right moment?

GJ open this hour was 172.12 on my chart, so no short the 172.10 because off rule # 5
Persistence will get it. Consistency will keep it.
