Guys this concept is critical 50 level rejection of RSI is significant
While you might get lucky trade going your way but that installs wrong way to see PA and next time you can find yourself in deep hole.
Just remember guys longing GU from 69 and kept longing and PA kept falling...

Sure I am trading what works for me and you should the same.I see tremendous value of BB and drawing straight lines box like avoids huge aspect of BB bands function
This happens on every thread system generating hundreds of green pips and 50pages later it does not even resemble what it started with.
I have been trading like this for 8 months with 80% equity gain and there is no reason to change even if my cpu is working hard.

No need to be sorry.You might have correct trade since EU is at previous strong support however I try to eliminate as much as possible wrong entries,human errors over long haul.
Success in trading is repeating same adds over series of trades and in this context I must approach every pair with same way.

I have been kind of paying attention to volume privately of late so lets have fun with this

EU
Looking at 5min chart (volume Low TF is most important)
Biggest volume extreme are Red impulse dump.Then we get volume dry up on Bull side and now drops off all together.What is this telling there is no interest in buying Euro now.

Hi Davit,

What I meant by nothing new here is not your system which is very effective but what I was about to post. I meant the indi in its original form is identical to your template(ShowBands=true). It just uses considerably less CPU cycles as I explained in the original post.

The yellow is just my choice of the down candle bar color . Go to properties and change the down candle color to Black to remove the yellow.

If Show Bands=false it removes the bands and replaces them with extreme levels.

What do those "boxes" show?. They are extreme points on the charts defined by your system, that is the rsi is <30 or Greater than 70, and
Wpr is <-80 or greater than -20 and the high or the low has crossed the upper BB or the lower BB respectively. The two sets of lines at the top represent the PA crossing of the BBs (solid line Dev=3 & Dotted Dev=2) while RSI and WPR are in extreme overbought zones. These are the high probability resistance levels as defined by your analysis. There is good probability the trend will reverse for a few days which the hooking of the RSI and WPR indicate to you. Vice versa for supports.

You will also notice that the extreme levels match previously established levels giving you a high probability of reversal.

BB levels tell you that the price, assuming gaussian in nature( Bell Curve) ,will stay 67% of the time between dev= 2 bands and 99% within the dev= 3 bands. So they too indicate a type of extreme level.

When a level shows up in the area of the PA , it's an alert that extreme level conditions have been met. If Solid Dev3 and Dev 2. If dotted Dev 2 only.

Those who use CCI use the crossing of the + - 100 levels similar to rsi crossing 70 30 from above and below. CCi is just an EMA in a horizontal form.

Similarly the 34 EMA that raghee uses, the crossing of the mid line usually coincides with RSI 14 crossing the 50 line. When you mention that the the Rsi is bouncing from the 50 level, the pa would be doing the same with the Raghee Ribbon.

Hope this answers some questions raised here and proves beneficial in your trading.

Your understanding what I am doing is great as well.Stick around friend and fire away.I am biased towards RSI.Played with CCI and I was never happy with it.
