Every time PA is at RSI 50 2 things happen rejection bounce or continue direction that it has been coming
Most common movement in price is 123 pattern.

wait for a retest of the low and stay on the sidelines for now
1h & 4h too late for short entry, but too early for longs

Just wanted to add that retrecement is relative in general.I mean if you go to Weekly chart on GU its pretty wide open on Bear side.
Plus weekly TL is broken plus larger Harmonic in play
I don't rule out 1.62-1.60
I know you are long and don't let me scare you PA could very well bounce up.Just sharing my thought process

no problem with that, we all know market went never in a strait line, for me a 44pip bounce would be enough (if i donīt add more) to exit at BE so even if the retracement is a tini one ~10% it shouldnīt be a problem from todays point of view.

Nice system Davit, thanks for sharing! Next down target for GU looks like yearly open area - 1.658-ish, also aligns with outer band.

USDCAD Daily

RSI bouncing off 50 and %WR coming from 20 and turned upwards. Also next to 38 fib retracement and touching 34 MA.

See my view on GU page back. To me its no trade unless I get an clear idea on direction.There is plenty of room on Bear side on weekly so its not automatic buy although retail traders are 60% long on it....
