Never hedged but can't anyway because of US regulations.
Works on pairs that go into a range but if it trends strongly then you are just collecting DD from one end not sure if it ever will come down level you hedged..
My thinking is simple.Either your timing and entry is correct or not.

EG short placed SL 0.8033

I think EUR is falling and it should take this pair down too, also GBP is in for a little strengthening after tumbling down.

Main reason being German and French GDP tomorrow and it might take EUR lower. am out for today

First i want to thank you for inspiring me and so many others. I like your method, your book recommendations. I have been following this thread now for some time and most of my demo account trades were closed in profits and only today i went on real account and there are some trades i would appreciate your comment... is it too early to go on long or should i wait for the hook?

Glad that I could be any use and generally I had no need to start this thread if it were not guys like you.

All GU pairs are in a limbo. Better to wait a little to get a confirmation that correction is taking place then be early and collect DD
One advise if I may. If you are new trading specially live account GN GJ GA are beasts to trade.Look at those daily ADR's they are almost double that of GU.
I rarely touch those.I rather trade a pair which has 50-60ADR .Making a mistake there is relatively painless but making a mistake on GN could cost you 150pip.
Having said this its up to you I can only share from many traders experience and mine.

I am already long on G/CHF through shorting EG which is flip side of G/CHF (CHF is -99 correlation with Euro)
