The VPS service you should choose depends on the location of your broker's server and whether or not you use signals. I use Commercial Network Services (CNS) and Nextpoint Host. CNS is "On Net" with my broker PrimeXM in the UK. So, my ping is less than 10ms. The MetaQuotes signal server is in Amsterdam, which isn't too far from UK. CNS costs more the Nextpoint, but CNS offers better security. I'm happy with both of them.
