maybe she's right.
90% trader, they gets killed or kill themselves.
its a kill or be killed place, and there lots scammers, crooks,,,,,,,,,,,,
also lots peeps build killer robots, kill themselves.

Is against all odds survive. ain't easy as peeps thinks.
1 big mistake and BOOOM.
is safer for peeps with boooom shields.
But the ambitious, they invincible.
They walk around.....

She narrow vision. Sees my father's failures in me apparently. My father was a wishful thinker, but he didn't work for his dreams. Mom was just a hard worker.

Anyway I think a lot of parents need to understand that people like to choose what they want to be, whatever is at stake because they love doing it.
My little brother, he approached medicine because he likes to help people, not for the money. Mum just thinks money man.

I approached trading, because it was an enigma. As a kid I was always fascinated by my father's work, he liked the market very much. See, before I got to this thread, I had already read so much about investments & speculation. I was fascinated, then I happened to stumble upon this. Life changed to the point, where my family thinks I'm selling drugs, because I'm making extra income.

Don't be too harsh on her.
She's seen lots and resigned to fact that 90% of em splash.
Odds are not good, if the tools are not right.

she care about your well being.
You have task. If you think you've got it.
prove to her slowly with good consistency of profitability.
and don't ever be cocky and put balls on neck.

I don't really have the ego sneaking up at me while trading, if I don't know the terrain, and my tools aren't helping me formulate an answer, I just step out. I'm trained to that point where everything you've said is just more automatic. The way you started the thread, I swear I keep thinking it is preconceived by you.
I only had one good trade where I got to see what you were seeing last week--somewhat. I was doing kiwi, and when you said"k dollar weak across the board" I notice that in my charts too. I didn't turn because no momentum & I had been on demo for so long to tell myself, you can't turn without momentum or else you die. So I quit the trade, then I wake up in the morning, mkt would of made me a pig in a sense. That's why I had a question about PA and manipulation and I wanted to ask something, like a personal discovery.

In a sense, I discovered that there is no such thing as a trade, just like there is no timeframes.
It's just how you make yourself manage it. Sorry, I might be sounding stupid.
I don't implement my rescues on trades that make me feel hopeful. Now I always take calculated risks. Now I wait for opportunity to strike. I rather just lose spread, and few pips, and wait for the moment to strike again is what I've come to. Instead of being involved in a super wave against me. It's like a defense, I've been practicing, & I wanted to get your take on it.

just remember that in the markets.
there are peeps with big guns and giant bullets.
so try not tangle with every situation.
Try feel the way as things evolves,
always safety first.
take risk only up to acceptable levels.

Peeps not knows which big or small gun falls.
and the disaster not smells.
will only know when bullet is drilling into the insides.
so take every necessary precaution avoid egos.

if you consistently profitable then you know yo should be ok.
just keep the scorpions off console. easy as she goes.

As you climb your learning curve, will begin learn more and more tools.
any tool forces you overrisk. bury it.

Don't wager anything on one single candle. You know what's very strange though. I can feel the market, it just gives me a lot of warnings to correct my errors. If I choose to ignore her lead, I usually get punished bad.

with markets you either on her flow, or you on the platter.
if you ever feel uncomfortable or lacking logistics, jump ship.

regarding book of adam and eve, i read finish the book 1 and book 2, now at the book of the secrets of Enoch first page. actually i wonder why Enoch was favored in the adam & eve book and brought to paradise before flood and how did noah got a wife when only a few men was left on mountain after all others of seth's line went down mountain to join with cain's line. maybe the next book will reveal why Enoch went to paradise. and how come didnt see Noah placing adam's body in the ark in the Noah movie. director say he tried to be as unbaised as possible and as true to the bible as possible in making movie. maybe is different verison. maybe that's not important too. is what are the lessons in there that is important

and ya lor, satan nvr come in hideous form. always come in nice nice form else how to tempt peeps? maybe is same as one of the passage you posted on the two gates. one is narrow and looks scary while the other is wide and nice gate. narrow is the true way but most peeps would mistake it for gate to hell while the other is the gate to hell while most peeps would mistake it as gate to heaven. but can we put blame on those peeps squarely? since adam & eve ate from tree of good and evil, all of human knows good and evil. but we lack the ability to tame evil maybe because adam & eve ate at wrong time without consent under decit? then can we blame adam & eve? dont think so, is we are made like and the way things has happened? so is a test by creator see who able develop the ability to tame evil and show its possible to do?

aiya back to trading, of two gates, if patttern looks to good to be true and obvious , then it must be fake? if it looks less obvious, then it must be true?

I find Elliott very confusing - as everyone thinks something different with many options and still the market seems to do what it wants whatever they all think. So I not sure what to do with Elliott....

If I have impulse wave where 4 is corrective - it should be clear by prior w1,w2 & w3 - and if it is impulsive w1 then it should be right in relation to the prior waves (wC) if it overlaps then wedge/ending diagonal or corrective but it seems the market is mostly correcting anyway so not very impulsive full of corrective patterns - part of larger triangles/zigzags/ etc and these mess my head.

In so far as I need apply Elliott my thoughts on 4 legged animals - if price has nice long legs then probably impulsive or even if not then long legs are probably tradeable - short stubby/overlapping legs = corrective patterns building so watch what unfolds. If I am wrong need to learn rescue....

Do you think I need lots more study of Elliott - I have his original works on my machine somewhere. I did read them before but found applying patterns as predictions messed my head. I rather just go with flow on basis of I do not care if I trade after X wave or w1 of wC as long as I am in correct direction.

Advice would be most gratefully received as always.

you already know of the problem.
there is little to advice.
with so many ifs, can elliott waves be predictive.
this the main reason why many peeps cannot understand elliotts research.
are you very sure you reading the right elliott book.

I know many illiott fortune tellers, they all in poorhouse.
