GU short off the 1.7090 level nicely to TP. Slowly the hole I dug myself earlier this week is getting shallower... got to keep the emotion in check!

Congrats Udine on a great method. I normally trade other simple systems but this has to be the simplest!

Hi im new here, can someone tell me what does RmUp and RmDn and Rn means ? And how did udine got the 'clear light blue line' mentioned in the first post of this thread ? And what does Rgh and Rgl means ? what is the purpose of M candles and Anycandle ? And how do you guys highlight the chart 'green' and 'red' ? Sorry im a noob but please help me i really need help . Thanks !

It's actually a difficult question to answer.

Basically it needs to fit in with my lifestyle as well as profitable trading times.

But...... the market is a dynamic beast so the damn thing changes all the time (not necessarily a lot but enough to throw you off balance).

It's obvious which times are generally the best - most of the opens.

Anyway I plan to analyze it over the weekend but the times will suit me and not necessarily anyone else so I'm not sure what value my answer would be to someone else.

I'll let you know Monday morning in any case.
