I have tried on EU also but same results. I am using FXDD and it is live account. So what should I do? Can you guide me.

Don't know. Maybe you need to upgrade your MT4, maybe check your settings. How well do you know MT4? If not well, you should learn that first. And like I said, if you are using MT5, it won't work.

Note: most traders have the value set to 60 mins on a 15M Chart to get the hourly coverage across the 4 by 15 M candles.

So 240 will give you 4 times as many 15M candles. Depending on the TF you choose for your chart.

thanks i mostly use 1hr charts, so having a daily setting was kinda redundant for me
