How you can you have a TP at +5 and a TS which activates at +3.5. Surely as soon as price goes +5 the TP is triggered and the trade is closed making the TS useless?

Not if your price shoots up beyond the TP level e.g goes to 12 then drops back TS should kick in @ 8.5. If it hits 5 then drops, should lock in 1.5 pips. Or that's my understanding of it. I stand to be corrected.

I have several questions:

1) How many profitable traders do you personally know?
2) Have you backtested this approach and determined that a profit target of 10 and a stop of 5 would be profitable at all? If not, how can you say that is what it "should be"?
3) Two posts in two and a half years, why did you choose to post a comment indicating that you apparently have not read the thread at all? I'm honestly curious how you decided "oh this is the one, I'm going to make a second comment" -
4) It appears by your post that you disagree with the method. Why then did you subscribe to it?

Watched Youtube, seems clear, copied that file into expert directory but when I open MT4 not able to see that EA, so puzzled about all this

It needs to be compiled in Metaeditor i.e. .ex4 extension I've attached compiled version + latest compiled version

I've already attached the compiled version for you, Check my above post. If you want to compile it yourself, open your .mq4 file in MetaEditor and hit the compile button. And as in original post of mine, make sure the compiled version is placed in your EA folder.

if ADR gets hit for the day does that mean no more trading on the pair?
what if the ADR gets hit and price retraces away e.g. if RmUP was -2 then price retraced and RmUP was +25
does that mean we cannot trade at +25 even though there is space for the price to go back to ADR limit?

You can trade after a retracement, if you typically trade New York you will probably need to some of the time. Obviously it is better to make your pips before the ADR limiter is hit if possible...

I believe you can trade again if it retraces but hopefully someone else will confirm. At that point though, it might be a trend reversal.
