Hi FxDayTrader,

Please take a look at this EA i build. any time i changes to the parameters it ceases to make any trades. Can you please assist me in correcting any errors in system.

The idea of the system is based on a multi-time analysis in opening position.

sorry but I have no fun to mess around with this.
if the ea opens too many trades you can implement a counter:
before opening trades the ea could check if there is a trade already open, ...

edit: what is the ea supposed to do/the logics? maybe there is a simpler way to code this ...

Logic: Use the higher time frame to determine the direction and then use smaller timeframe to determine the entry.

These are the values: MA1(period-5 , shit-2, Method- Simple, App-close) and MA2(period-3, shit-0, Method- Exponential, App-close)
2. i want to be sure what you did. Entry: When OsMa is > 0 and 2MA crosses with the Heiken Ashi colour change on the HTF = opening long positions only on the STF
Exit: Stop taking long trades when the 2MA crosses with the Heiken Ashi colour change on HFT.

I am not sure whether I will code this ea or not, but maybe I will do.
But I assume you should be more precise -> I do not know if I got it right:

1.) on H1 timeframe OsMa must be > 0.0, a 2 ma cross must occur and the heiken ashi must have changed the color.
Shall the ea wait for a cross of osma, 2 ma and heiken ashi at the same time or is it enough if one of them has happened (I think: yes)?

if 1.) is ok, then switch to M30 timeframe and see if there the heiken ashis has the same color as in H1?
if yes, then open the trade.

Trying to change a OBJ_HLINE to OBJ_TREND in the code below,

ObjectCreate("BodyTF"+TFBar+"Bar"+i, OBJ_TREND, 0, 0,0, 0,0);

But the trend is not a horizontal line it's something to do with price1 & price2 right? The indicator knows price1 because it draws the trend line from the correct place. Where do you define price2?

Yes you got the rules right but trades should be opened on M15 when same conditions are satisfied.
1. H1. Identify direction
2. M30- confirm if direction from H1
3. M15 - confirm and open trades

Hi fxdaytrader,
could you fix the issues with this EA
1.the EA must close open positions if opposite crossover occurs(the max.difference from current price to slow ma should not be considered for this)
2.new positions must be open with only both conditions (cross over and max difference)are true.

No please. All indicators are checked on all TF

1. H1 - OsMa crosses the zero line, 2MA crosses and Heiken Ashi changes colour. (market direction is acquired)
2. M30 - check and confirm if also OsMa crosses the zero line, 2MA crosses and Heiken Ashi changes colour
3. M15 - check, confirm and open positions if also OsMa crosses the zero line, 2MA crosses and Heiken Ashi changes colour

That is the whole idea
