Yes, really, show charts. I'm am not the expert here but looking at EJ and GJ I cannot imagine how you got SL from LO???? Price has NEVER retraced 10 pips! I'm long on EU (demo) but looking at PA it is probably not a good trade. At worst you should be BE on EJ and GJ.

EJ was quite quick, but GJ took some time. Done for the day.

Glad you replied Eric. Somewhat embarassed. All my sl's were set at 7 pips !!! Stupid mistake. Doesnt help that this week I am trading in a barn with a laptop actually on my lap. Not ideal !!! Miss my desktop so much.

interesting, i was thinking of that too.. as i was having success with that earlier.. with ea's do you perhaps know how frequently do they look at when to close? because often the price will reach 5 pips and then reverse back in a few secs but the ea hasn't reacted yet.. i'm guessing because ea's maybe only look for it once per minute or something

laptop should do fine..

my laptop:

1. old Toshiba Sattalite
2. intel centrino
3. windows vista basic

besides a good internet connection I have all I need

So the key point is laptop, should downgrade my laptop in order to achieve Udine's performance.

Laptop is good for this system. Too many distractions in here. Rabbits running about, budgies squawking, dogs playing. Its driving me nuts. Back to my quiet office on monday with no distractions.

As far as I know, the EA only reacts when a new tick comes in, so it is best to load it on a cross with as many ticks/sec as possible (used to be GJ?).
