Anyone keeping open trades during NFP? I have AUDNZD still open. Spread went to 60 on fxtrade..

My friend i am not against your test. But when the real money in risk I believe we must stick to rules which are result of many test done by eitan and vigovski.
You are risking your real money on untested asset and not all rules are intact. I personally believe discipline is the core of this business and if I am following a system I should follow rules to preserve my capital.

And we already see many traders trying to implement their own way of perceptions of systems and this leads other people confuse about systems although rules are simple. Basically we humans believes what we want to see and it leads failure.

well its realy shame!

why u didnt close it , its allready brought 100 pips in +.. also now its in great positive pips u can close it

Trade survived and still in. Probably should have closed though. Moved my stop keeping more pips. I had already closed out 75%.

Hi Rockerzeus,

I didn't feel offensed at all.. feel free to follow rules 100%.. I like to bend them a little bit.. if it hurts it hurts just me and btw, my trade is still running. (In the meantime I noticed that there are red news so I moved my stop loss back to -35 pips).

Now.. the first test is so far successful since price hit +35 points. If I would set a TP at that point would have 35 points so far. But as usual I will move my SL upwards by watching the candles to extend my profit.

Long story short: DAX live test 1 was successful.

we have several reasons why not to take this trade at that candle..

there is anyone know the reasones?

stoch has not reached 20 area and yellow dot.

1- Stoch values doesn't come from 100-85 level.
2- Yellow dot on candle.

Those are what I noticed on that chart.

Eitan, in my chart the stoch reached under the 80 level, though with a hook. I know anyway i broke rules. It's not an invite to other ppl to do like myself

The yellow dot appeared after, and the stoch is in the same area as in the AN trade taken earlier....
