GJ at TS. Pound generally been on a roll so contemplated taking TS off but stuck to rules. Looks like now it's on it's way.

now the only downside is if you have the wheelbarrow running on one chart....it will activate on all the charts you have running....thus my Aussie short was stopped with only 1.5 pips on the last little retrace....

GJ was very, very close to hitting TS on mine , .2 pips away I think.

You can use the 1.3.2e EA I posted (thanks to Pannet1) if you want each pair managed separately. (and don't use wheelbarrow.)

but all in all that is an excellent control...how many times over the years have we had a nice trade going, only to see it turn into a nasty drawdown...simply because the human factor didn't allow the stop, whereas the mechanical factor took over in this case an saved the bacon if a reversal kicked in....

Yes indeed.

I picked up a TS for a couple of pips on gold earlier.

Currently long GU from 1.71500 see how that runs.

EJ is no closer to filling my pending orders

It's a GBP pair for starters and the decision to place the pending order was based on the belief that I would be filled by the EJ order first and in that case would have deleted the pending order on GU.

GU is actually traded at half my usual position size.

I don't mind waiting out this order since in the event that EJ order is actioned and goes to profit and if GU is going no where I can simply close out GU.

Hope that helps explain my reasoning.

Fair enough.
Any thoughts on how non farm data followed by a US public holiday will impact the market? I might just call it quits after the London open on Thursday and take a trading holiday myself.
