Dear Members,
I have been studying the Forex Market for few years and sadly without much success. Like many others I have tried various strategies and indicators and still have not found a system that constantly performs.
These are my assumptions:
I highly value blogs like this where members help each other to improve their trading strategy ideas. The comunity has a very important role.
All of us have read that most of the traders lose money and Institutional traders instead make money. Now, if this is true, few traders must have found a strategy, easy or complex doesn't matter, that has been proven to be profitable over time.
I might not being popular for this but...If you have a strategy that works you are not going to share it. Perhaps with your best friend. Why would the old companion Fear & Greed suddendly disappear?
And therefore:
The Forex strategies out there for sale do not work. Sellers rely on your money not the money in the Market. The Internet is full of scams sadly working on the weak psychology of people desperate to "finally" find the holy grail.
Now, let's go back to the "diligent" trader that have found a strategy that works. Like the majority of us, he or she wishes to give up the day job, trade few hours and make a living out of it. However unless he has large sum that he or she can comfortably lose, the time needed to grow a small capital even by reinvesting the profit is too long. Reward/Effort could be low for quite some time. People start trading to make more money, to replace or add a monthly income, to find security rather than risk the savings.
Some traders have the strategy but have no access to capitals. They sensibly decide not to borrow from family or banks and so they are left with the tool without the raw material.
Here is what I have realised:
I haven't find a valuable strategy but I have access to capital.
I don't want your money and I will not pay to buy a strategy. I am not going to sell the strategy either.
What I can do is test the strategy and gradually increase the investments that I will find and pay 10% of the profit to the owner of the strategy.
Some might argue that 10% is not a good deal.
First 10% of something is better than 100% of nothing. If you are confident in your strategy and it performs, capital can increase making the 10% quite interesting.
Investors need to get most of the profit.
The owner has really nothing to lose given that the strategy will be kept confidential.
Why would I pay out? What if I open and hide more accounts without paying the 10%. All possible but, as naive as it can sound, I belive in in Karma and I will be taking away from this or other area and I think it is honest to respect the agreement.
As my proposition is genuine, I would like to receive real working strategies that have proved good results. Strategy based on Martingale or High Risk Reward will not match investors' apetite.
I like this to be a win win situation. This might not be interesting for very wealthy individuals and people with access to capitals. I am sure however that some good traders are in certain enviroments or part of the world with less opportunities to attract investors.
If you like to discuss this peraphs describing in general terms the type of strategy and the results you have had you can email me at [email protected]
Thank you
Best Wishes
