Hi Udine, hi all the others.

I'm a 38 years old trader from Geneva. I thought I was done with trading last year when the market gave me a couple of high-kicks in the face, and I blew up my 5K account. But you know how it is, an addict is an addict, so I'm back. Your system looks good. Clear rules is a good way to deal with emotions. I came back to FF just this morning, and your system is the first one I stumbled upon. Now that I have presented myself, I'll go back to the beginning and read it through. I'll be back in a couple of days when I'm done reading.

Great response Udine although I think it may be better for those new at trading to concentrate on only your pairs so that they can readily follow along.

Jumping from pair to pair to pair might not be the best learning curve for them.

I guess from my point of view I look at a number of pairs that I like to trade (you get a feel for them) however I think it might be better if I tame down the number of postings I put up with pairs different to EJ and GJ.

What are your thoughts?

trade the pairs you feel you understand... that should fir your personality better..
and when you feel better, you feel more confident, etc etc

stick to your pairs

this week i start only on ej and gj and im start profit focus focus only gy and ey

(so today i make gu +5)

to start the best is focus gy and ey only

Back from the gym. Bonus trade to target this time instead of TS. Now its time for the weekend -

What I've been doing, right or wrong, is to trade the first bonus trade at half the size, so if it loses, I'm still up 5 full pips for the day. I hate nothing more than turning a positive day into a negative.

i also learned that my mind is better think only like the 2% day 10 pips
I think the bonus is dangerous by greed
sometimes prefer to let some trades and only operate when I have more confidence
in the future when I have more experience
for now the focus is 10 pips 2%

just finished my test trades on a live account.

sorry to say , but a 2:1 risk reward is still the problem. this wont cut it in the long run. even with a trailing stop.

you folks need to get your head together, think about improving the r:r.

iam sure there are many experienced traders here that can come up with a solution. put your brains together and think of something.

a 1:2 risk reward is ideal. even a 1:1 is a good start.

but as it is at the moment, it doesnt matter if you make 10 pips a day. and with a 40 pip maximum loss per day before you stop trading -- its suicide.

now, whether you take my advice on board or not is your choice. but i suggest you do, coming from an experienced trader who has done very well in the last few years.

it doesnt matter how many pips you are making now, and how much fun you are having, it will lose in the long run.


so, for these reasons, iam out.
