there are already divergence-indicators available. I think you will find them using forumsearch and/or google

Hello

I am wondering if this indicator can be modified so that instead of redrawing the new lines the old ones stay put so that one could visulayy back test to see which targets are the best etc. also could the lines be made thicker at least

Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

After many years supporting eVOLution I need some help with indicators, basically one of them stopped working due to MT4 updates after Build600 , so I need someone to rewrite it to support new versions (together with MT5). Overall indicator is simple:
- take a .csv file from defined location
- parse a data (single line like:

140617-BP-1406,1.6952,1.6947,1.6925,1.6975,1.7016,1.7021,1.7039,1.6887,1.6872,1.6864
- draw lines/rectangles according to above data
- take another file (number is set per input parameters)

Estimated resulting image attached. I can provide mq4 code .

the ea already uses magicnumbers and filters by symbol, so you can use multiple instances of that ea for the pairs ...
I think you will need to compile the ea with the build 509 compiler (forumsearch)

I can not see the option to input different magic numbers. for another pairs. Any help on that?

but they're build in, you do not need to change them.
further there seem to be many flaws in the ea, I have no interest to fix it.

Yes, Renko and HA candles are generated as indicator candles, but there will be limitations on what you can do with the width setting.
