I think the problem is that both of you are trading off of 2 different timeframes.

I fully agree with spinozagr's call for aud.nzd. In fact his order was a little bit better than mine, but our take profit is roughly the same. I got 2 order's going in for the pair at 1.0980 and 1.0985.

Curious on how your get your calls, looks like you follow a wave theory. I use Price Action and Support and Resistance.

wo1 your trading off a monthly chart, and hoping there wont be a drawdown of 150 pips, which is right around where our TP would be. Your SL is below our TP, so both parties can win here.

For now I agree with spinozagr's call.

Looks good technically. You have a good R:R ratio on that trade, so not much to lose.

on the monthly chart there is a great MACD divergence on minimums, so tendency, in a long term should be down. Still on the monthly chart I can see a retracement minimum to 61.8 Fibo.


On weekly chart you can confirm what ive just mentioned before. MACD shows a great divergence on maximums, confirming the uptrend.


On H4, you can see on RSI as well as MACD a divergence up. Where the price is sitting now correspond to MA 100 on the Daily chart. On the Fibo I can see that could even go down, after the retracement, to 138, which is the point also for the trend line. I dont know if it would go that far down but there is always the possibility. I bought stupidly 3 days ago (dont know what I was thinking about), very tiny small amount, but I am not gonna close it. So, your purchase, its in the good direction, maybe a little bit early.

On the daily chart, the price is inside a bullish channel and concurrently we see 1 harmonic patterns. According to the time being fulfilled, we are expecting to have a growth if the condition was good enough.

Based on tech analysis my personal point of view is as following.

On weekly basis, you can see MACD showing a great divergence on price. I am guessing a retracement between 61 and 50 Fibo, then down again.



On Daily graphs, in deed, the price is on an uptrend channel, but my point of view is that due to the MA 200 line, the price is about to create a H/S and down again till it touches trend Line at around 1,06369. Then we will move north facing 1,12.



Here you have the H4 graphs and around MA 200 should start forming the H/S and then down.

Here is my take on the AUD/NZD.

The H1 2014 range has formed a wedge continuation pattern suggesting lower levels are ahead.

The chart includes Fibonacci extensions that project to long term support in the .9800 to 1.00 area.

As of now, only a solid weekly reversal on the NZD/USD chart can change the trend.
