i fixed the problems and I personally use them. There was not much code changes, just simple ones. You can expect more updates soon. But don't believe me. Just run it on a demo account by placing random orders one day and trade a small lot in live account one day. It is so relieving man. Just enter trade manually and with this EA even your dogs can trade. I mean no effort from our side.

Thank you. I'll test it. Have you thought about or figured out a way to program a hidden trailing stop? That would be ideal. Thanks again.

Hello, I read the whole thread, and hope to get answer for two questions:

@Udine: Your explanation is very good; I just have not found what Rn means (Rg and Rm yes; Rn no).

@ all: I found some Experts for the TrailingStop: WUKAR_WB_Trail_v1; Wheelbarrel Trailing_v1.2; Wheelbarrel Trailing_v1.2 mod. Which is the best and works without errors?

Sorry to ask i lost myself a bit with all those things regarding EA's,but if I understand good this EA works with both hidden SL/TP and trailing.right?

Rn = Round Numbers (when the price is XX.000) These seem to be natural resistance levels so Unine recommends not trading close to them.

Thanks to Udine for patient sharing of a system that works!

I would like to contribute to this thread by way of a script I wrote (so no worries about copyright infringment!) to calculate lot size and/or place stoporder at the next 00 level.

Instructions: Please read!
Copy to scripts folder.

Ok, the settings are pretty self explanatory, but to save a barrage of questions I will explain them:

Set buy to true (default) for buystop order or false for sellstop order.
Set PlaceStopOrder to true (default) to place the order or false to just display alert with lotsize and proposed level for stoporder.
RiskPercentage is the percentage of your account balance you are prepared to lose if your stoploss is hit.
Stoploss is number of PIPS for stoploss to be calculated (default 10) you may want to add a couple to account for spread..
TakeProfit is number of PIPS for Takeprofit (default 5) you may want to add a couple to account for spread..
CancelMinutes is number of minutes before the stoporder is cancelled if not triggered (2 hours default)

So if you just want to know what the lotsize should be set PlaceStopOrder to false.

If you place a stoporder but don't want takeprofit or stoploss hard set then you will just have to delete them manually or drag them further away.

If you try to place a stoporder too close to the 00 level it will fail!
Price obviously has to be past the previous 00 level before you run the sript, so don't run it too early!

I have tested this script on my laptop only with a 5 digit account, it should also work with 4 digits, but haven't tested it!
I recommend you test it with PlaceStopOrder set to false first to make sure lotsize and level are both correct!

I hope you find the script useful and everyone here makes plenty of pips!

If I may be so bold to ask a favor;

I have received some PM's asking to review charts to see if the entries were correct. No problem at all to help out, but it would be much easier to analyze if the charts posted were basically the same as Udine's, and others posted to clearly see the chart, candles, key levels etc,.

Thanks, pannet1. This one works well and I have added my tweaks for those who want it: commission and emergency SL. Cigarguy's request about hidden TS is not too hard if you want me to code that.

Oh I understand - thanks for the heads up - I've just been testing this week to see if it's worthwhile even trading. I'm on the west coast of the US, so trading London open is midnight my time, when I am normally sleeping. The NY London overlap is pretty good, but early, 5am to 8am.

I missed the EJ long, but all the EURs were headed up so I entered on the next hour bar of EA.
