I Google for free stuff. and found this one may be it will help full. http://www.forex-markets.com/quotes.htm though it is NOT inter bank rate.

Bourse Games.

Bourse games are games that simulate real life trading and market making.
Is not classroom study.
It is practical(working) aspects of the training , if you like.

It normally is conducted for 1 to 2 weeks familairise dealers with terminology and practises.
I had normally conducted these games in hotels for my peeps, were participants are subjected make prices to other parties in other rooms 24/7 on imaginary currecy that i control.
To conduct these games need have real time settllements participation, where back office peeps also learns how settlements is done as well.
Is a simulation of all critical componenets of treasury ops.

Dealers are required learn deal & fund(buy , sell, borrow and lend & swapping forwards) while settlements learns how move the funds safely.

On the topic, I strongly urge.
Those have difficulty managing buy/sell 2 dimensional aspect of trading.
Be careful trying managing multi dimensional dealing. You will never see the shadow knifes.{kife shadows?)
