I dought if this much tight stop loss works any more .. stop loss hunters will hunt your SL first then it will move in our direction . so always use large stop loss to prevent from losses.

1) It has no edge. Classic or not, PVRSA or not, it is still 50-50 which means no edge (over the years..quite a long period of time)

7) Remember when averaging down, you can win 99 trades and 1 trade can kill you. So averaging down has no value.
8) Money management is not about getting an edge, it is about risk of ruins. Best Money management = risk only 1% of capital in each trade. Meaning your stop loss pips should be 1% of capital. Meaning you have 100 chances. If you still blow 100 chances, you are not cut-out/ or have any edge in the way you are trading.
9) Reward/Risk Ratio. 2:1 Period. Win 1 trades = losing 2 trades. If you still cant win this way, then your system is wrong.
10) For those that still doubt, ask yourself, question yourself. Is there any free lunch in this world? NO. Why are people doing this ? ( This is hard to answer as everyone has their own motives. It will be hard to decipher but remember again rule #10, There is no FREE LUNCH) All I can say is, Sonic personally has used this thread marketing to manage money for people. ( i say good luck to those people given most likely money will be lost within 2 years). The purpose of this thread is to market it saying it has XX number of views. 13 million by now i believe. wonder how many forexfactory accounts they own as well. Just use your brains, google some and see it for yourself. Sonicdeejay, Kyaw trader, Singapore, Burmese, Traders Round Table, GOMAX. Again best piece of advise, always think from the other person's perspective and see what they stand to gain/lose from their actions. Cheers.
P/s: btw if you really think PVRSA has any value, well you might be right. In the opposite direction though. Remember when you BUY, the broker has to automatically SELL to you. Meaning he is SHORT when you are LONG. The broker, at that moment, has to either 1) hedge the risk or 2) keep the risk if he thinks it is going to reverse. How can any other person guess this other than the man himself? Think about it.

11) People trading demo accounts over there (traderathome, aimed at you) making newbies think they can win thousands of pips HAHAHAHA.. yes everyone can too in DEMO Accounts. 40 lots for 10 pips = 400 pip gains.. x 3 = 1200 pip gains.

Maxpay, this system is similar to the one Joe Ross is talking about in his book "trading by the book". He talks about 123 trades there and how to manage trades as well. I find that out of all other method of trading, his system works quite well in the long run, which was 20% return for me personally last year, but that was on a micro account and I have a problem of not sticking with my exit plan. The R:R ratio for my trades were awful because of this bad habit, lol. Truth be told it is a miracle that my account is still intact until now
btw sorry, I'm not trying to market anything here, lol. Since your system here is so much similar to his method, I just thought that posting about the book could help some people here understand your 123 reversal trade
I agree with you that the sonic scout trade is not the way to trade. Trading without a S/L set right upfront is a major psychological issue for me since I am risk averse. I only wanted to enter a trade if and only if I know in advance the exact amount I would lose if the trade went sour (preferably including swaps). The only thing I found PVSRA useful is only the volume studies. It helped me to identify strong S/R levels for location of T/P and S/L. Other than that, I can't imagine why would anyone trade that way (i.e. adding on to losing trades AND without S/L in place as soon as a trade is entered). I'm not trying to pick on anyone there, but I really think saying "REFER TO POST#1" repeatedly is not a good way to understand a topic and is not cool. Not everyone (e.g. myself) is a fast learner btw, lol.
A question: can we enter on 4H 123 formations as well? I only tried and verified 123s for daily chart only up to now.
Anyways, you got an awesome thread going here and please keep posting so we can all learn from you Also, could you post chart examples of your trades please? I guess that could help other members, especially me
