I think we should only posts charts that are following Eitan's system, otherwise this will invite anyone to post a chart on a given pair, and will make this thread unbearably hard to read.

First before I write this post I would like to say I have the most very high respect for Eitan and his system, it has opened a door on a way for me to look at charts to trade off of, so thank you.

My background in the trading arena mostly consists of programming systematic low latency arbitrage systems.

Looking at this project at all angles I have been trying to move it forward while still remaining a manual or even semi manual type of system.

I want to try moving forward, if this is possible at all. Maybe it is not possible and we have pushed this project as far as it can go, or maybe someone knows of a better option and that is the reason for the post.

I would like to see if there is another indicator, another way to look at the existing indicators, another way to look at the chart, etc. that someone may know of that doesn't repaint as much as some of these indicators. In saying so please do not post about repainting vs. non-repainting, I know this idea very well.

The indicator I am talking about is primarily the Gann SSL D1 indicator. I know that when having a D1 indicator on a 4H chart there will be major repainting issues. In fact the repainting problem will become bigger if we use a Week1 indicator or Month1 indicator on the 4H chart.

​As some have specified this is the same problem we are seeing on the TDI D1 indicator. Sometimes the green line is below or above the yellow or red line, but than a few hours later the line completely moves the opposite direction. Why? Because we are using a D1 indicator on a 4H chart. This is no problem but the trader must be cautious and fully aware of this type of event.

While we use other primarily 4H indicators to help us predict that the movement is going in the right direction, the price can move against us and the D1 indicator will repaint big time. This is not always the case but when it happens this is the main reason why we have a losing trade.

I have tried to replace the Gann SSL D1 with another indicator that doesn't repaint as much. A bigger type of moving average against the EMA 5, an OS OB indicator, etc., but not getting the results I am liking. Anyone know other way around it?

When price moves 10 pips down the Gann line repainted big time. I was unable to capture the screen shot till later when the price moved down much more, but still can show the major difference. The Gann line hops from 1.9710 to 1.9840 a difference of 130 pips. That is a HUGE difference. The Gann line did not move in between, it jumped 130 pips. Remember this indicator hopped 130 pips when price moves just a few pips down. I only captured the pic later on.

Like I said this is because it is a D1 indicator and same will happen on any D1 indicator (Gann, TDI, ForexTrendisimoHT, etc)

Any suggestions would be great on an indicator that can work as effectively, but not repaint as much. This may be hard if not impossible, but wanted to put the post to see if i can get another brilliant mind working on this. Thanks for your time.

Hay bro , MRI we dont use SSL indi,and on HG system we need all cofimations to be lined up + HG arrow thats its NRP (we never count only on Ganns).
, anyway i will think about something..maybee i will check some values on the 4hrs TDI and it will be good hinaf let see ..

I understand MRI doesn't use SSL indicator. I picked this indicator, but the same rule applies for any of the D1 indicators on any of the systems. I know we don't use this indicator alone, I was just seeing if anyone had another solution for this indicator if there was any at all.

Like I said we use all the indicators together. Thanks looking forward to next week.

P.S. - I downloaded a broker that uses the same GMT offset as you, can't wait!!!!
