Why do you think that it's bad regulator?? Anyway all these organizations perform their obligations namely they control after forex companies and be sure that such regulator like as CySec never gives license to some strange companies. Candidate for license must fits the strict criteria, such as huge charter capital, sufficient trading volume an so on. I think that if you will have somekind of seriouse problem and will refer with a complaint to the CySec, they will take all possible measures to help and to resolve a situation. I don't think that such organizations as CySec exist for the sake of existence.

Yes, you're quite right but sure you must provide such organization with conclusive facts of a situation... Otherwise they don't take your complaint. I think there're a lot of traders, who at once run to write an appeal And such examples are not only on forex

Dear Elips!

Firstly you should make sure that data you have entered is correct namely the number of your trading account, trading password and trading server. If it will not help I can recommend you to change your trading password in your Personal Area on the EXNESS web-site and after that try to login one more time.

To have a trading account with EXNESS (CY), you should choose necessary jurisdiction and register a new account.
I've saw that they connect a new providers for ecn, but only for cy clients, so I wonder to use the service too and I believe that they will connect it for all accounts because it's not illogically in another case. So, let's see it. Sure trading on ecn here, I never faced with technical failures, but I'm sure that more providers will be quite better and the quality of this services will rise.

But there is one thing about what I'm confused is the low leverage, I guess when it was 400:1 it was quite better.

my exness trading account have been deleted both 7069809 and 7080022 i can not log into the terminal and trade i dont know why have they been deleted,i am not able to trade i need an explaination
