Cable situation is still strange. Fundamentals are pretty good, technicals point to 6950 region but it seems we have some profit taking happening today 6820 is the bullish defense zone else we might drop to 6790. 6850 is now mini resistance.

Breakout Retest trade is possible on CADJPY around 93.50 zone. 93.80 and 94.00 are targets. We have flat top ascending triangle and Breakout of Flat top side of the triangle.

Hi guys , buy coincidence stumbled on this amazing thread.
A lot of good stuff is to be found here.
I am normally not in the habit of posting much , but would like to contribute to this thread if possible.
My background is more based in stocks and indices , but for a while I am now more involved in FX.

In 2 weeks we will have the important decision by the ECB so I analysed the Euro/Dollar.
Would appreciate any comments from you Pro's.

Weekly
what I see ;
the purple TL from april 2008 was pierced a few times but never broken on a closing basis, so I suppose this will act as Resistance from now on , furthermore the 1.4000 is resistance .
Supportzone is in the 1.3500 area ( 38.2 Fib from upswing started july 2012 and 50 Fib from previous Downswing
starting may 2011 ) and we have a green upchannel which will give support in this area.

Euro Dly
The green innerTL can give some temporary support to the downfall.
Hopefully a retrace can bring us to the purple TL for a shorttrade . Target seems to me the 1.3500 region on the daily as well on the weekly.
So all in all , my analyses expects a continuation of the downturn till the ECB meeting on 5' th of june,
and hopefully a retest of the daily TL.
But as long as the Euro trades above 1.3500 we could see a resumption of the uptrend.

As english is not my native language I do apologize for any misunderstandings.

Still very interesting constellation at the moment.

Wait for a clearer picture or a *** with a small Lot and double up the Lot if the trade goes in your direction.

What u charted is a flat bottom descending triangle.

EURUSD is still in some minor range but clearly depicting downtrend. From intraday point of view, 3655 is very important level. H3 and trendline confluence makes it interim resistance but also we can see some near term sellers there. While EURUSD is below 3655 3605-3595 are targets while jump above may target h5 level which is 3685 and 3700.

GBPJPY has broken the intraweek trendline and now logical spot for selling would be a retest which also forms a POC ( point of confluence ) around 171.20-30 zone which consists of broken trendline , fibs and L3 cam level. If it is retested it could proceed down to 170.20 and 169.85,which are most prominent swings now acting as supports. Since we are trading intraday, i advise using trailing stop.
