High risk taken refers to more capital deployedwhich if on wrg side would take more brunt from the volatility vs less cap deployed. However it also means more potential reward if on right side. Thus it's a constant. The probability in it refers to the chances of taking up the up till 2sd of the volatilities whether it is on the right or wrong side.
