gone long on AN, sl around 55 pips and tp around the upper resistance area. i've also been looking at GJ. It seems to show all the confirmations, too.

that's what i'm trying to figure out. early on you've always talked about having a RR-ratio of 1:1, plus 20 or more for the sl, depending on the situation. now it seems like you close your positions early most of the time and just look for when price struggles at support/resistance. i'm fine with that, i'm not here to criticize you, all i wanted was some info on this

if i was trading only 1/2/3 pairs you are right..but i trade much more than that also let say if i have an 50G Capital and i trade let say 25usd per pip

and i make just 500 net pips(after loosing some i mean) so i have let say 10G return every month more or less,those things you will be able to understand

only if you trade with real acc and not as 1000 or 500 usd..

Yes if you are at the screen and price is struggling to break either up or down and you are in profit ....... best to take the $$$ (in my book that is a profitable trade).....then move onto the next setup.

It pays to watch the price action on your chart, know where the major S&R levels are but you need to watch how price is reacting in real time as well (if you have the time to watch the screen)

I agree with Eitan.....when price stalls, the market is telling you something (its thinking about going up or maybe going down) so as a trader you need to try and eliminate the 50/50 ratio of that situation............TAKE THOSE $$$ (or significantly reduce your position and let a small portion continue to run and if you get stopped out thats ok you have already taken some profit). I'm talking about net overall profit for that trade!

well, the EU-trade didn't go that well. but what surprises me more is that you've still a few positions running in it and have even opened new ones. i assume this has nothing to do with the strategy you posted, right?
i hope you're not doing that to get your money back but otherwise there's no reason, no signals for going long on EU now

was that an answer to my post? i was only wondering why he still has open positions and keeps opening new ones even though there's nothing in his strategy that would suggest it. i didn't even say anything about losses, besides that the trade he and me, too, made was a loss

so for this rookie issue..please check your chart again !!! did weekly SSL had change direction???do you understand nothing on market??

do you consider that weekly SSL is the major trend confirmation??? do the price is below or above weekly ssl???

after that you will answer to yourself cause definetly here you will not post anymore then you will find your mistake

pull the trigger on SL so fast and loosing money is not an option for me and for my investors,i suggese you to go learn something else

cause this is not your teritory..

Hi Honk,

Please do read the entire thread, it will help

Reason for the Buy position = You have to look at the chart, the price is above the weekly ssl and still above the daily ssl. The Price tested the line of the Daily SSL twice but it went up. Daily SSL did not change it's direction. Bias is bullish due to the reason that the price is above the weekly ssl. Please read the rules of entry on Page 32.

I feel like you are looking for a strategy that is very easy that all you have to do is wait for a signal without making some analysis. If that is what you want, you have to look for robots and not systems. There are a lot of robots/ea's that will help you. Just look at the first page of Trading Systems and the strategy with ea's is there. But the thing is, you have to have the patience to read the entire thread. If you don't have the patience, then you will never understand a system and a strategy and will always have doubts in your head because your knowledge is very limited and then you make assumptions out of limited information which is not fair to the developer of the system who have done a lot of thinking to produce a system for free.
