Pending Sales of U.S. Existing Homes Rise Most Since May 2011

Contracts to purchase previously owned U.S. homes climbed in March by the most in almost three years, showing residential real estate was starting to stabilize entering the spring selling season. The pending home sales index rose 3.4 percent, the most since May 2011 and the first gain in nine months, after a 0.5 percent drop in February that was smaller than initially reported, the National Association of Realtors said today in Washington. The median projection in a Bloomberg survey of economists called for a 1 percent increase. The gauge is 7.4 percent below a year earlier. Housing demand has weakened since the ... (full story)

tomorrow we all play just long euro

... it seems that the fx market just buy the euro ... it seems that no one sells euro .... news does not affect the fx market and the calendar should be deleted because it has no importance ... watch only Mr. Dragi and mis Yellen, what they have to say....this is no longer the fx marketm this is a circus with leading figures from the central bank, which as clowns to entertain people

May be tons of orders, stop losses and buy orders sitting around at that level, they will stop out the shorts and grab the buy orders and run the price down stopping them out also.

Looks like 1.3905 will be the target area if we don't get a move down from here after the good US data. Then they could "possibly" take price down from there. May be tons of orders, stop losses and buy orders sitting around at that level, they will stop out the shorts and grab the buy orders and run the price down stopping them out also.

The markets need to see better performance across all US data before the USD becomes stronger. After all, the No.1 Economy can do better, but it is not, when compared to other countries. What this survey hides is that most existing home sales are at the high, expensive end of the scale, thus blocking out the majority of the workforce. Every cloud has a silver lining, and vice vera.

Plus, the unclear Fed rate hike is creating uncertainty.

Looks like the reaction to good home sales was delayed on USD and 138,78 was the top this week for EUR/USD. I don't see it going any higher unless the inflation data on Wednesday miraculously turns out great for Europe.

Instead, I am looking for poor inflation data and Draghi to break down next week with a new policy announcement that will collapse the Euro

Looks like the annoucements are false advertising once again by the MM. They are doing the moves way before the news and trapping traders. They did this last week also.

News is just a ploy to trap traders complete there sets. Have a great day!
