Won't believe it no matter what they say! From a market perspective it means no action in the short to medium term, which means the market can ignore Iran's issues as a oil supply panic factor.

and anyway Iran is hoping now that with all eyes turned to Lebanon and Israel these days, they can buy more time to do exactly what they know best: ignore everyone and go through with their plans whatever they are...
so again i would agree that no way will they answer anything at least before the date they suggested: mid august..till then oil has plently of geopolitical risks and crises to rise as high as possible...
