I am a consistently successful trader

Hi Aaron - I'm ashamed to say I used them once, forgot about them, although I picked them up on Monday and have listened to them over the last 3 days on the bus on the way to work. Is that the best way to listen - or should I be incorporating them into some kind of meditation? Thanks also to your wife for her contribution in their production.

Yes that's easy to do, I listen when I go to sleep on a low volume. Helps to embed them into the subconscious.
