will you be so nice to attach a Trade Explorer and trade only day chart. Even if its a demo account. It will greatly assist newbie like me in learning.

The now defunct Sonic thread usurpated by the PVRSA wonkadoodle is interestingly enough following the "trading system life cycle" -- currently deeply into the guru phase. Soon pay membership will be offered after a sufficient follower base is reached. I am waiting for the book and the movie...

Heres a little add on try using pt 2 as a s and r level so when price comes back it signals a trade sort of a ross hook move with a twist
. The reason is some orders werent filled the first time and area works kinda like s amd d

Kindly ask everybody to be constructive: to stick to developing the system, rather than to gossip about some other thread. Personally, I dislike gossip.
Indeed, I noticed from the beginning that the thread is labeled "without PVSRA", but I didn't think that this would justify throwing negative remarks. Instead, I just thought that maxpay simply wants to highlight a different approach as compared to PVSRA..

maxpay, could you please make it clear if your thread is about a constructive approach, or about gossiping, or both..?

i dont know the sonic thread that well but TAH recently posted his pip count for the last trading year for sonic and it was about 80,000 pips. also anna coulling well known forex author has written a book about volume and forex, very well rated on amazon

if its all so bullshit why the success stories using it?

If it is really that simple the thousands of followers in that thread would have posted thousands of pips profits right?

But just one word of caution for TAH, he rides thousands of pips of drawdowns in hope of retracement. It is as some readers posted, only possible using nano lots. So 80,000 pips is just 800 dollars. you go figure. We do not want that mentality here. Just simple 1-2-3 trading and good risk management.

I m not claiming any credit man. I just did some back test on daily charts. It looks promising for all 1-2-3 trading (reversal and breakouts). In back-test took all trades. But pls remember the return is 2% unleveraged a year. Not much.. you'll need to use leverage as you are comfortable if you want higher returns.

Some ppl claim they can make 2% a day. But i guess I just want a consistent 20% a year without much drawdown or heart attack.

ahh see where these coming , look kie sonic dj system strategy has change so much in years , just take a quick look there . olmost all engine yank out and revamp , look much better . have not visited each strategy in ff lately , Well , 123 dont know who is right wings and who left wing 123 just a simple mature strategy enough threads to be a flying rug " magic rug " , and the air win will be " liquidity " .

try not to do it at biggy time frame its over kill if any body doing it for a living , less , holding some job .

lower has more nuance , the trading skill will in fast pace of cultivation , off all the sl will be very acceptable

I have not been on the Sonic thread for a couple of years, lost interest when they started doing the sonic scout trades, which has now developed into this PVRSA by the looks of it. They might go on about pip counts but back then TAH was only trading micro lots (or even less), so try trading like that with some real meaningful risk and capital at stake, so it wasn't realistic trading simply keep adding to positions until eventually price finally turns in your favour.

1-2-3 trading is good fundamental trading, if you can stick with it.

tah is an intellectual thief. He steals the work of Richard Wyckoff, creates a fictional platform and lures in newbies. There is no such thing as volume in forex. If you don't believe that, open a bunch of mt4 demo platforms and see if the volume is the same. This so called volume is tick volume and it is broker specific. In other words, everyone's volume will be different.

But back to the original topic. The pattern that you guys are discussing is present across all markets. If you understand that it is not a cure all, it is a good way to make sure you with the trend. Draw in some channels, and on the next pullback after a completed 1 2 3 patten, you can enter and target point 3, with a stop below point 2.

well with google these days, easy to see what ppl are trying to do.

sonic is trying to sell classes when whatever he is doing is just a 50/50 system akin to gambling. I can do a buy system that buys at 12pm each day and sell at 3pm each day and over 250 days it will make close to 0% as well, maybe 50% on some years, -50% on some years and +30% on some years and -30% on some years just like roulette.

Tah is on a road to try to sell a book on pvrsa.. which is even worse..all his analysis and boom price defies it and he goes, "well we dont know where prices will move" hahahah..funn.. he holds his positions and publishes the ones that come back.

Im still waiting for him to publish his gbpjpy and gbpusd trade results that went against him recently. He must be sitting on thousands of pips losses but his mentality is, well its going to come back. or at least if they come back I can publish them..else no one will remember...or maybe I'll just wait 6 months later when they come back..

Sell what book ?? consolidation , retracement , .... , .... correction .... pullback , consolidation ? it is every where in the charts , is not like god sent strategy or system . well if he can explane more show more teach more may be good buy , but with what it is where 1/2 of the fx population know it , how to sell . Basicly the thicker the book the more better the picture will sell quick

I did call him out on how shameful he is on trading volume, traders make real money only losers sells books.

Look like there is more true peoles running around FF now a days more then be fore or the one time fade out years back .
