did a credit spread on HLF, Apr $60c/$65c - $0.78/($0.33) - $0.45 net credit

I am waiting to see if HLF will drop and bounce off $50 & may get in a Apr debit put spread on it if it does...

I am in Apr DUST $31 long calls, against which I have been selling weekly DUST calls, need to see downward pressure on gold translate to same on the miners.

May also look to do same with GLD debit put spreads, with May $120p long to anchor....

I think Chipotle Mexican Grill should buy Greece, or at least buy NBG. Jan '15 $7 calls are $0.21

No bounce for HLF, not yet anyway, now at $49.7x. It could go to $35 in a couple months if the FTC investigation and negative press drag on. Then, if/when it gets a pass it could double back as fast as it fell....

Trying to get some info on whether there is a timeline for the FTC to present findings or whatever...

otm calls are cheap, even out many months:

Jan '15: $50.00: ($0.50/$0.60) $52.50: ($0.30/$0.35) $55.00 ($0.20/$0.30) $57.50 ($0.10/$0.25)

Many low-cost debit spreads possible, calendarized too. Will be watching

....drop a result of neg ER, but also RMB depreciation....

Lotsa red in the pharma and biotech stocks. My watch list lots longer than shown, but I won't bore you. Rarely trade them, check the options chains & you'll see why.

NFLX sliding, far otm Apr $5 call spreads (like short $450/long $455, $455/$460, etc) are good for about $0.45 credit

I am spx futures and spx futures opn trader. I am interested in sharing my experiences with every one who is trading spx. as and when trade will be there I will post it would seek critical reviews. only purpose of my post is to share my experiences for mutual benefit. tks

hey TF, I try to keep up with what your doing and kind of track some of it.. but, its to much for me.. Can you give me a summery of what you got going on and outlooks your looking to put into play, if you don't mind.

PS: I'm looking to possibly roll my TGT position.. I think it still has a down aspect as its not going up and its seems to be consolidating which could possibly give it a down side breakout, just keeping it alive lol.
