IMO, Zones = period of equilibrium before a move away, where there're equal buyers/sellers.

UJ update, I don't know why UJ was shooting up, hours after UC and UChf, maybe because of FOMC meeting result, traders finally decided to put off their JPY{image} other pair {image} {image}
