Another update NZDCAD

After a large move has taken place , whether or not you were in it, you can always wait for the indi's to bottom out and enter long again..............

Impulse wave, resting wave or retracement, then second impulse wave for a few more pips......................

Look for the second compression............in the ADX

USDCAD this morning after the fact........

We had the compression and move long , and then the rest, before another compression and move long...........

we kinda had a DS trade setup, not a good one but it happened..........

Also make note of the stochastics, the slow blue sto stayed high and flat, while the green sto went down like a DS trade and went long again, this also is the resting period, and a trade setup..

Once you see an Impulse Wave , wait and watch for the resting wave to bottom on all lower TF's frames and then you will see the start of the next move or impulse wave again.......

we also had a CROSS X trade on the way long in the stochastics by the X

That second compression is a really nice one...........

You know when your trending when the BLUE sto stays high and flat

and when you get DS after DS after DS trade on the way up..............

and of course the ADX 89 and 144 continue to climb...............

and the RSIoma stays near the 80 line ...............

A new pair I don't have on my screens ............... NZD/CHF

Monthly is flat and not trending at this time...........

same for the weekly..........

Daily is Long coming off of a ADX compression which is good...........

H4 is long and resting , not seeing much momentum on the ADX at the moment, nearing a Top

H1 is trying to stay long..............and the ADX is compressing for a future move, maybe downward but not sure.............

Tighten your SL to .7500 area or to at least $10 worth of profit so you don't lose on this trade.............

That second compression is a really nice one...........




Thanks Alien for the example, that second move is something you've mentioned to us before and something I've started looking for after spending some time with your visual system. It seems when you have a nice adx expanding move from a middle timeframe that starts to power up (adx) the next highest timeframe, that second move sure seems pretty reliable, of course if trading in larger trend direction.

After watching the markets move with your system for a couple of months now, I'm starting to get a feel of the way the market powers up (ADX) in one timeframe, either moving higher timeframes causing them to expand or not. Everything in trading is starting to make a lot more sense. I thank you for that.
