Stock was removed from market after it dropped 20%

I didn't see it before. Today Moscow stock exchange removed stocks of Kamaz from market after it dropped 20%. They just said you cant short it it has been removed from market.

Is any one seen something like this before?

I honestly don't understand how is it possible.

it's quite common in the states for individual stocks to be halted after extreme or suspicious moves..... or due to unusually excessive volume....

they, the company itself, can ask for the halt..... or some other entity..... just imagine the impact on certain etf's when google or apple takes some huge undeserved dive......

the impact can reach far past the individual stock itself....... hundreds of millions can be wiped out in seconds......

trading halts and/or circuit breakers can be activated on %'s or volume......

but again, that is here in the states.......h
to trade and code, keep both simple... no call to impress....h

it depends on the situation..... sometimes some trades will be backed out..... sometimes all trades stand........ you really don't know for sure until trading resumes.....h

this is usual thing, they do such thing if some stock is falling more then usual limits.
I am smart than average trader, I simply copy the best.
